Zachary Rockwell serves as the lead instructor at Kaizen Submission Grappling. A specialist in Jiu-Jitsu with a deep passion for all grappling arts, he is committed to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of the latest techniques from elite practitioners across multiple disciplines. Zachary personally designs and leads all classes, utilizing an Ecological teaching methodology, which we believe is the most effective approach for developing adaptable and high-level grappling skills. .
