Zachary Rockwell is our instructor. He is a Jiu-Jitsu specialist with a passion for teaching and for all of the grappling arts. He prides himself on keeping up to date on the newest and best techniques from the leading grappling practitioners across all arts. Zachary personally designs and teaches all classes. He uses an Ecological teaching style which we believe is the best way to learn.

We design our curriculum to foster long term learning and understanding at a fundamental level, which we believe is the key to success as a martial artist.
The Kaizen Difference is real, come and experience top notch instruction in Omaha's premier grappling center. We offer a top of the line facility featuring a Sprung floor and premier quality Dollamur mats across the whole rolling area. This means less impact and less injuries. In order to facilitate hygiene we offer two showers and an optional laundry service.
